Join the Ashtanga Yoga Brooklyn practice community as our Sunday Mysore class switches to a counted led primary series. This is an excellent opportunity to meet Elise and fellow Ashtanga practitioners, get a taste for what the Ashtanga yoga practice is about, or simply to round out your regular vinyasa practice. Experienced vinyasa students and athletic beginners interested in joining the Mysore program are encouraged to attend.
Included in AYB tuition. $20 single class, cash only. This is a special event, Go Yoga class cards are not applicable.
